| (论文翻译 页数:55 字数:25025)炼钢炉外排烟系统和炉内排烟除尘系统中除尘器前的管网的设计。炉外排烟系统选用的是屋顶罩排烟，以同时达到厂房内通风换气的作用。炉内排烟系统中，使用了燃烧室，以去除烟气中CO等气体。炉内排烟系统的排烟温度较高，因此设计了一个水冷式热交换器，使烟气温度降低到一定值，以保护后面的除尘设备。由于炉外排系统和炉内排烟系统的烟气是混合在一起治理的，为防止因烟气温度不均匀而造成对除尘设备的损坏，还设计了一个烟气混合室。在混合室内，高低温气体充分混合，同时达到去除烟气中较大颗粒物的目的。由于整个系统中存在压力损失（包括沿程阻力和局部阻力），系统中还设计了一台风机。另外，由于风机在运行过程中产生振动和噪声，在考虑保护环境，延长设备的使用寿命的前提下，本次设计还对风机房进行了消声减噪处理。 关键词：除尘 屋顶罩 水冷式热交换器 烟气混合室 Abstract This is design for out-furnace and in-furnace smoke emission system of 60t eletric furnace steel making before the fly ash separator.In the out-furnace smoke emission system,I chose the hood of roof to exhaust smoke,at the same time ,the hood of roof can make the air more fresh in the plant.In the in-furnace smoke emission system,using a fire pot to remove CO which contained in the flue gas.The temperature of flue gas is high in the in-furnace smoke emission system,so I have designed a heat exchanger of water cooling to drop the temperature in order to protect the dust collecting equipment after my designing.Because the flue gas of out-furnace and in-furnace smoke emission system is administrated together ,in order to protect the dust collecting equipment from breakdown because of the temperature of flue gas is not uniform,I have also designed a mixed pot of flue gas. In the mixed pot of flue gas ,the flue gas of high teperature and low temperature will full mixed,and it is also can remove the particulate matter in the flue gas.The hole system exist pressure loss(including resistance on the way and resistance of partial),so I have designed a draught fan.Besides,noise elimination and shake lower is used in the house of draught fan.
