摘 要
外资对中国经济的持续稳定发展不论是过还是将来都将起着积极的促进作用。新世纪初，在本对外直接投资连年衰退和中关系恶化的情况下，随着我国加入WTO和我国市场进一步地对外开放,本对我国直接投资结束了停滞和下降的局面，其对我国直接投资进入了新的发展阶段。本对我国直接投资的决定因素发生了较大的变化，本对我国直接投资的战略也因此发生重大转移。
本文主要根据本对我国直接投资现状和决定因素的变化，如：我国的传统优势消失，而我国的服务业的开放，市场规模的进一步扩大，区域优势越来越明显等等因素变化，分析本对我国直接投资的趋势。最后，根据其直接投资的趋势以及这些趋势对我国所造成影响，提出了我国可以采取的一些建议，进一步加深本直接投资的有利影响，降低其造成的不利影响，从而利用本直接投资服务于我国经济的发展。

#039;s decision factors occur as a result of the change, therefore the strategy of Japanese direct investment in China is changing.
This paper mainly Analyses the trends of Japanese direct investment in China according to the status of the Japanese direct investment in China and the changes of determinants, such as the disappearance of China&
#039;s traditional advantage, and the opening up of China&
#039;s service industry, the scale of the markets expanding, the regional advantages increasingly obvious .Finally, as its direct investment trends and their impacts on our country ,this paper rises some feasible recommendations to further deepen beneficial effects of Japan&
#039;s direct investment and reduces the adverse impact so that we can make full use of Japanese direct investment to service our country&

1.1 本对外投资现状
近年来本企业国际化的手段是对外投资，而对外投资是以直接投资为主，2000-2004年本平均每年对外投资为4.4亿元。按区域分，欧洲40%，北美23%，亚洲18%，中南美16%，其他3%，亚洲份额呈不断增长趋势，按国家和地区看，美国占22.3%，英国16.2%，荷兰13.3%，中国6.2%，从投资行业看，与欧美国家比较，制造业相对较高，金融保险业等非制造业比率较低 。
