摘　 要

当今世界，区域经济合作进行得如火如荼，随着区域经济合作组织的不断发展，区域经济合作内部的各个成员国逐渐成长壮大、爱益匪浅。而随之，区域经济合作进入了新的发展阶段，特别是欧盟、北美自由贸易区的成功所推动。东北亚区域经济合作在20年前已提上议程，并将在21世纪获得重大发展。
在东北亚区域经济合作中, 中国具有重要的地位, 并将发挥着重要的作用, 而中国东北地区无疑又是中国参与东北亚区域经济合作的前沿, 起着举足轻重的作用。因此, 在振兴老工业基地的过程中, 东北地区应该抓住机遇, 认清面临的挑战，率先参与东北亚区域经济合作, 实现生产要素的跨国流动, 利用国际资源和市场, 建立开放型的东北经济体系, 并在国际经济合作与竞争中提升东北地区的综合竞争力, 振兴东北经济。

Abstract

Nowadays, the region economy cooperation carries on wonderfully like the fire spreading; each member nation also has benefit vulgarly from the developing region economic cooperation organization. But along with it, the region economic cooperation entered a new development phase, especially European Union, the North America free trade area’s success impels. The Northeast Asia region economic cooperation also proposes the agenda. In fact, it has been discussed before twenty years, and now, it is a wish for the Northeast Asian people.
In the regional economic cooperation of the Northeastern Asia, China has an important position and will pay an important role. The northeastern area in China is beyond doubt the frontline for China to take part in the economic cooperation in the northeastern Asia and play a major role. Therefore, in the process of vitalizing the old industrial base, the northeast must seize the opportunities and realize the challenges; take lead in joining the northeast Asian regional economy cooperation, then realize the transnational flow of production factors, make full use of international marital and markets, and build up the open system of northeastern economy. Therefore, we can raise the comprehensive competition ability of northeastern area in the international economy cooperation and competition to vitalize its economy.

东北亚区域经济合作对东北地区经济的影响

当今世界,区域经济合作已经变成各国努力发展的重点。随着一些有影响力的经济合作组织在国际经济活动中发挥出越来越重要的作用，而且合作组织中的各国都从中受益，如欧盟，北美自由贸易区等，实现了多个国家的同时赢利，东北亚区域经济合作组织也在不断的发展壮大，其中的各个国家都在这个大框架下受益。
而作为战争时的装备地----东北地区，在中国随后的改革开放中没有赶上沿海地区，所以东北地区应该把握好时机，积极参与东北亚区域经济合作。本文写作目的在于从东北亚区域经济合作的大环境下探讨东北地区面临的机遇和挑战，希望东北地区利用这个难得的机会，认清自己的发展前景，采取有效的应对策略，迎接挑战，振兴老工业基地，为地区内人民谋福利，从而更好在参与东北亚区域经济合作。此文就东北地区在东北亚区域经济合作大背景下的机遇和挑战进行了论述，忽略了一些其它的重要地影响东北地区发展的因素，较于理想化，提出的应对策略不是十分地全面；但此文认识到了东北地区发展的机遇和挑战，为东北亚经济发展展现了方向与前景，起到了鼓舞和推动的积极作用。
