| 摘要 引起犯罪行为的一个重要原因是犯罪人的犯罪动机。它可以诱发很多犯罪，成为犯罪人实施犯罪的内在动力。而产生犯罪动机的基础是主体的需要，青少年的需要结构是不同于其他年龄阶段的群体的，因此犯罪动机的形成也有其特点。研究青少年犯罪动机为我们了解青少年的行为发生规律、了解青少年犯罪行为背后的心理，预防青少年犯罪起着重要的作用。 Abstract An important reason, which causes criminal offence, is a crime motive of the crime native. It can bring out a lot of crimes, becomes and make sinner's inherent motive force of implementing crime. Produce foundation of crime motive need of subject, need of teenagers’ structure to different from other age colony at stage, so there are its characteristics in the forming of the crime motive. Study teenagers crime motive understand for us behavior of teenagers take place law, find out about teenagers psychology behind the criminal offence, prevent teenagers' crime from playing an important role. |
