China is a huge developing country, and there are a big number of populations with 5000 years’ cultural history. China has been one of the biggest markets in the world since the open-innovation in 1989. With China joining into WTO in the 21st century, Chinese enterprises faced with more competition and challenge from foreign countries, because there are more and more foreign companies investing in China. Most Chinese companies have to take measures to face new challenges, such like inviting foreign talents and bringing in foreign advanced management style and technology. Some Chinese enterprises have adopted some effective foreign management styles and strategies. “Communication” is one component of the modern management styles and plays a very important part to form good environment in enterprises. If effective communication can be implemented, it will be helpful for setting strategic goals and achieving success.

This paper is written about the application of communication in motivation. According to the literature, it can be found out that communication plays an important role in motivations. Motivation is like an engine of a big machines; it is the motor for a company to improve and develop.
