The article conducts a research of recruitment and selecting in Chinese labor market on foundation of effective recruitment and selecting theory. Then take Haier Corporation as an example, explained Chinese stated-own enterprise carried on an effective innovation in the human resource management aspect since implementing reform and open policy and practicing market economy system and obtained the satisfying result in 1978. However, China has many malpractices and shortage in the aspect of recruitment and selecting the personnel as a result of the Chinese specific history and social reason. This will be the topic, which we will go on researching, in the future practice but also our big challenge.
