本文从提出是否希望提升你饭店员工的忠诚度这个问题入手,通过对于忠诚度概念以及意义的阐述,以及马斯洛的需要层次理论、亚当斯公平理论和赫茨伯格的双因素理论的运用分析后,得出“人本管理”以及“动态人力资源管理体系”可以提高员工的忠诚度这一结论。最后,进一步阐述了提高员工忠诚度对跳槽的抑制作用 This article begins with if hotels’ owners want to increase their employees’ loyalty. Then it statements what’s the loyalty and why loyalty is very important to any hotels. From applications and analysis the needs’ level theory, fair theory and motivation-hygiene theory, I think that “people management” and “system of dynamic human resources management ” can prompt employees’ loyalty. In the end, this article statements that loyalty can keep employees from changing the job at random. |
