目录 1.These great results are recognized to the advantages that email adds to communication. Bovee and Thill (2002, p. A51-A55) discuss the advantages of e-mail that make it a preferred form of written communication. Here are some advantages of the email.
2.Here, I have three examples of how email can be incorrectly used.
First, an employee of an insurance company started off his day in a bad mood.
Second, people sometimes would say some personal things in email messages in the workplace.
Finally, while the email is used by more and more companies, the over saturation of this medium will lead to an excess of unwelcome commercial email.
3.Further, Bovee and Thill (2002) gives excellent advice to companies thinking about how to use email in business: 参考资料 Courtland L.Bovee, John V.Thill, and Barbara E. Schatzman.

Today the global economy turns into one big market. While global business develops, many new technologies are used in the business area. Internet is the most important one of them; it breaks the space limit and time limit; it decreases the distance between the people; it brings the business into a new area. The Internet is now used more and more in the business area. Within the Internet, email plays a key role. Email has turned into a very important communication tool for today’s world. Email provides a very quick, convenient, and economic way to transfer messages for the users.
The invention of electronic mail (email) has increased the flow of written communication in speed, less costly, and often more convenient ways than traditional mail. Users of email send messages that have the possible to reach many individuals. Because of this, email has changed communication in both positive and negative ways (Dawn Wallace, 2001). Let's take a look at an example that illustrates the potential impact of email.
