Abstract Within our contemporary economic environment, employees have become a critical resource for many organizations. Technological developments and the growing importance of service industry have caused organizations to compete for employees with scarce competencies. Attracting and retaining qualified employees by fostering a positive psychological contract has become a major challenge for human resource management. This paper explores how can an organization manage new-comers’ beliefs regarding the terms of the exchange relationship by analyzing the characters and nature of the psychological contract and the work values of new-comers.

摘 要 在当今经济社会里,员工是企业的决定性的资源。科技的发展和服务行业的重要性的提高,使得企业不得不为争取优秀的员工而努力。用积极的心理契约来吸引和留住优秀的员工是当今人力资源管理实践的一个巨大挑战。本文通过分析心理契约的性质和特点及新员工的工作价值取向,揭示了企业如何在雇佣关系中成功管理新员工的心理契约。
