1. Introduction
Imitation plays an indispensable part in the child learning process, and it is an important way of technological changing. Currently, many developing countries are developing their technological ability by bringing in the fully developed technologies from developed countries. It is an effective way to increase the productivity by using technology gap between developing and developed countries. But only depending on introducing in western technology and then imitating them simply is not possible to change the backward state. If they want to deduct the gap with developed countries, learning by imitating at first and obtaining the ability to do their own development is a good strategy. The development of Haier is a typical example of successfully using this strategy to gain a rapid progress.
