【摘要】 随着我国经济的不断发展，房地产业成为国民经济中的一个支柱产业。与此同时，随着上海房地产业的不断发展，人们越来越关注上海房地产的发展，而最近“上海房地产是否存在泡沫”成为人们讨论的热点。本文通过对“房地产泡沫”的辨证认识，对当前普遍存在的对这个问题的观点的分析以及本人对这个问题的分析，试图对“上海房地产是否存在泡沫”这个问题作一个全面客观的认识。本文最后总结了全文的观点，并针对当前上海房地产存在的问题提出建议。 【ABSTRACT】 With the development of China, the real estate has become one of the most important industries in China. With the development of the real estate in Shanghai, people have become more and more concerned about the real estate in Shanghai. Recently, weather there is bubble appearing in the real estate in Shanghai has become an issue, which people are interested in. Through making a dialectical knowledge of Real Estate Bubble, analyzing the views on this issue and seeing to this issue from my eyes, this chapter tries to find the answer to weather there is bubble appearing in the real estate in Shanghai. Finally, this article summarizes the problems existing in the real estate in Shanghai and gives some suggestion.
