当前,我国品牌化浪潮汹涌而来,品牌数量剧烈增多。在2001年仅白酒行业就有3000个品牌,五粮液一家就有五粮液、五粮春、五粮醇、尖庄、金六福、浏阳河、国玉春、东方龙等数十个品牌。品牌泛化在西方各国都经历过,是市场经济竞争发展到一定阶段的产物。有研究表明,品牌化后果是大企业、大品牌有优势,小企业,小品牌遭挤兑。我国中小企业在品牌化浪潮中必将遭到挑战。那么,具体的挑战有哪些?中小又应当怎样应对?笔者以为,明确挑战因素,实施正确应对策略,是中小企业冲出品牌重围的关键。
