After read the Isracom Ltd ,I found something really need to furthermore discussion due to the case involved a lot of concept about Organization Behaviour & leadership etc. From the case background, we know that Meni Kaunman , the GM of the Isracom, Suspect personal interest of the committee leaders rather than substantive reasons were causing these annoying work relations ,he anticipated that the committee would stubbornly opposed any change proposed by the management. He discuss the matter with the management of the Company & Organisation consultant try to get a good idea. So here comes my analysis.
At first ,we should know that What is TQM?
TQM is a philosophy of management driven by the constant attainment of customer satisfaction through the continuous improvement of all organizational processes.
Total Quality Management has proven to be an effective process for improving organizational functioning, its value can only be assured through a comprehensive and well-thought-out implementation process.
