摘要
本文运用经济学的原理,收集众多国外书业连锁集团的资料,分析了我国图书发行业目前的发展主流:众多发行集团、民营书店都在发展连锁经营。 提出了一些存在的问题:规模优势不明显,集中度偏低;区域性经营与跨区域化经营;信息自享与信息化共享;短期性物流措施与长远性物流体系;过渡性人才与专业化人才;粗放型管理与科学化管理;店与社经营的分离与整合;单一性投资与多元化投资;行政推动与市场整合。 并初步指出了我国书业连锁经营在未来几年的发展趋势:消除贸易壁垒;建立科学有效的管理机制;专业型人才的培养;出版社建立专门的推广机构成为一种趋势;实体店与网上虚拟店铺相结合;连锁经营集团化、多元化发展。
Abstract
This article applies the principle of economics, and collects a lot of materials about foreign publishing chain group, and analyses the main trend of our national publishing industry at present. It puts forward some existed questions: the superiority of the scope is not clear, the degree of concentration is low; area-limited management and area-stridden management; enjoy information by oneself and share information; measures of PD(physical distribution) in short time and the system of PD in long time; transitional person with ability and professional; simple management and scientific management; separation and conformity about the management of shop and corporation; oneness investment and the pluralistic investment; driving of administration and conformity of market. It also points the developmental tend about our national books-publishing management in the years to come. Dispel the rampart of trade; establish scientific effective mechanism of management; bring up the professional; be a tend that publishing companies set up special spread organization; noumenal shop and virtual shop on the net; collectivize pluralistic development of the chain management. |
