In this report, I will choose global weighing as the product I am going to research. It is well known that global weight has won the most market shares in today’s industrial weighing market. This is not only because it has good quality, but also that it makes the best of international marketing strategy, then I want to detail discuss it exported to Singapore market, and briefly explain it how to operate in china and USA market. Now I’ll start of by discussing Singapore marketing.
Although we have laid sown our strategy, it will require constant review and market is very dynamic and the environmental factors are changing more often than ever, by regularly compare our target against the actual results, we know where we are and we know we might have to modify our strategy to suit the changing scenario.
We are confident that our focus strategy on niche market and key account approach should work as long as the guidelines are followed, barring no other unforeseen circumstances, it is no doubt that we will be able to reach our objectives by increasing the module business by 10% to 15% annually and the application business by 15% to 20% annually for the next 5 years.
