摘 要:改革开放以来,我国的中小企业取得了长足发展,已经成为国民经济发展的重要支撑力量之一,特别是以乡镇企业为代表的中小企业更是在对外贸易中异军突起,成为我国出口创汇的重要力量,随着经济全球化的发展,国际分工的日益加深,我国中小企业有了更多从事跨国经营的机会。因此,研究和探讨中小企业跨国经营问题就变得非常必要和有意义。

跨国经营就是国与国之间进行的经营活动,是当今高度社会化、现代化和国际化经营的必然趋势,是国际产业分工与合作、国际技术和资本流动的需要,代表着现代企业的发展方向。 当前在我国扩大开放的政策引导下,我国中小企业应更积极学习和和借鉴国际跨国公司的成功经验,进行跨国经营以促进自身更快地发展。 跨国经营不同于局限在国内或本土的经营,经营范围、经营战略以及内部管理等方面都有很大的差异。尤其对中小企业来说,这些差异更大,这些差异构成了跨国经营的主要特点。 |
