本文通过对入世4年来中国轿车产业的发展情况的探讨，阐述了入世对中国轿车产业竞争力的短期促进作用，并结合未来轿车业在政策、市场和行业上的发展趋势以及具体厂商的实例分析，进一步论证了中国轿车产业将面临的行业整合，并得出了将其长期稳步发展的结论，为研究入世后中国轿车产业竞争力的短期及长期发展情况提供了良好的理论依据和充分的说明论证。
With the discussion of the development of the Chinese saloon car industry during the 4 years after enter the WTO, this paper expatiating the accelerated effect to the competitive ability of the Chinese saloon car industry which go with the entering of the WTO. And this paper also made a discussion about the recombine which will be surely happened to the whole industry in the near future, with the analyze of the development tide in the policy、the market and the industry and the example of the idiographic company. The conclusion of this paper is that the Chinese saloon car industry will have a lasting and steady development, and it provide a good theories and an abundant explain for the study of the industry’s competitive ability in both short-term and long-term.
