【摘要】 随着教育信息化带来的数据共享与交换问题日益突出，教育信息管理方面急需一整套完善的标准。我们研究的目标就是建立一整套教育管理信息系统的规范。SIF是国外已有的教育信息管理标准，本文通过介绍SIF，以它为参考，提出了教育信息管理标准的基本框架
【abstract】With development of the educational informatization in our country, the problem in data sharing and exchanging become more and more visible, as a result, a series of criterions in educational Information management is needed urgently. The purpose of our study is to set up a series of specifications in educational information management. SIF , the specification abroad in educational information management, is introduced in this article, and is referenced to advance the basic framework of the educational information management criterion.

一、 概述
随着教育信息化进程的不断推进，越来越多的学校已经建立了自己的校园网，并以此开展了自己的教学和管理应用。同时，各级各地教育管理部门也建立了自己的教育管理信息系统，方便对各级各地的教育信息进行汇总与管理。这对于提高教育管理的效率无疑起到了巨大的推动作用。但是，由于各个不同的系统之间数据共享与信息交换的需要不断增加，也逐渐暴露出越来越多的如下问题......
