知识管理和知识管理系统是目前以及将来知识经济环境下的一个重要研究领域，隐性知识成为形成企业知识资产及竞争优势的源动力，也是知识管理系统的重要内容。本文首先对知识管理以及知识管理系统的概念、内容、功能和结构框架进行了概括分析，阐述了知识挖掘在知识管理系统中的涵义，接着从“人”和“知识”的角度总结了对隐性知识的挖掘模式，最后提出了知识管理系统中对隐性知识挖掘利用的方法手段和策略。
Knowledge Management (KM) and Knowledge Management System (KMS) is a significant field in knowledge economy. The recessive knowledge is the original power of enterprises’ knowledge asset and competitive advantage and is the main content of Knowledge Management System. First of all the paper describes the concept, contents, function and structure of Knowledge Management and Knowledge Management System, and states the meaning of the Knowledge Mining, then generalizes the mining mode from human and knowledge, and finally points out the means and methods and strategy to mine and use it in the Knowledge Management System.
