摘要

进入九十年代，随着世界经济和科技的发展，全球范围的航空市场竞争日益加剧，且愈演愈烈。角逐世界航空运输市场的竞争对手们意识到，仅仅依靠自己一家的力量不足以抵御竞争的惊涛骇浪，只有通过联营和兼并，走大型化、集团化的战略，才能求得生存和发展。于是，民航企业走大型化、集团化之路成为当今世界民航业发展不可逆转的趋势。
本文分析了我国民航业的现状，阐述了实行大型化、集团化的必要性。文章介绍了我国民航企业进行大型化、集团化的途径和过程，并提出了一些建设性的建议，同时也指出在这个进程中我们应注意的一些问题。

Abstract

In the 1990’s, with the development of economy and science of the world, the global scale competition in the civil aviation market increased dramatically. Now the competitors in the international air transport market have realized that it is not safe enough to withstand the fierce competition with one’s strength. Only through the strategy of combination and conglomeration, could the companies survive and develop. So the combination and conglomeration of China’s civil aviation is an inevitable trend of the development in the international air transport.
This thesis analyses the current situation of China’s civil aviation, elaborates the necessity of the combination and conglomeration. It introduces the way and the process of the combination and conglomeration of China’s civil aviation. It also rises some constructive opinions. At the same time, it points out some problems, which should be paid attention to in the process.
