摘 要:随着经济的发展和企业的增加,秘书工作得到很大的发展,需要更多的秘书人才,我国从事秘书职业的女性逐年增加。越来越多的女性愿意从事秘书工作,许多企业也乐于选择女性担任秘书,形成秘书职业向女性化方向发展的趋势。这与世界秘书职业女性化的发展相一致。同时,秘书职业的女性化也与女性受教育程度的提高和择业观念的改变有关。女性在心理、性格 、语言、交际和对环境的适应能力等方面都具有优势,但是也有一定的局限性。对此,女性秘书要树立正确的人生观和高尚的秘书价值观,培养良好的职业道德,增强自身文化底蕴,不断提高专业能力和水平,保持良好的心态 ,不断提高自身综合素质。同时,企业要建立完善的培训体系,对在职的女性秘书进行定期培训,并改变用人观念,规范秘书用人制度,为女性秘书的成长创造条件。

女秘书源于欧美工业发达国家,是工商业社会的产物。我国改革开放以来,特别是在建设有中国特色的社会主义市场经济的进程中,大大小小的公司不断涌现,对秘书的需求日益增加,所以秘书这个字眼在人才市场中频频出现,其需求连续多年在招聘排行榜上位居前列,秘书这一职业具有良好的发展前途。如今,越来越多的企业选择女性担任秘书,同时越来越多的女性选择从事企业秘书工作。分析女性秘书从事秘书工作的优势和局限性,有针对性的探讨提高女性秘书自身素质的有效途径,无论是对女性更好的做好秘书工作,还是企业发挥女性秘书应有的作用,都具有重要意义。 |
