(毕业论文 字数:9025 页数:20)摘 要:从土壤中分离出来的8株木霉菌(Trichodema spp.),并与节瓜枯萎病原菌进行对峙培养,筛选出拮抗节瓜枯萎病菌镰刀菌的优良木霉菌T04-004菌株,该菌株对节瓜枯萎病菌的抑制率达90%以上。对生防菌木霉菌T04-004进行生物学特性测定,结果表明,在Richard培养液中,T04-004菌株孢子萌发需要一定的营养,其中以PD培养液最好,并且在PDA培养基上菌丝生长最好,产孢量最大。温度对菌丝生长和产孢的影响显著,30℃时菌丝生长最快,25℃产孢量最大;T04-004菌株在pH值2~10范围内均可以生长;光照对菌丝的生长影响不显著,但可明显促进孢子产生。 关键词:木霉菌 节瓜枯萎病原菌 拮抗作用 生物学特性 Abstract: Face-to-face-cultruing the Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.benineasae with 8 strains of Trichodema isolated from the soil was conducted. The results showed that T04-004 strain could significantly inhibit growth of F. oxysporum f.sp.benineasae , and the fungistatic rate was over 90%. By testing biological characterizations of T04-004, it was showed that the spore germination of T04-004 strain needed certain nutrition, and the PD liquid medium was the best, hypha grew and spore production best on the PDA. Temperature had distinct effect on the hypha growth and spore bearing, the optimum temperature for hypha growth was 30℃, for sporulation was 25℃. T04-004 strain could grow in a wide range of pH value (frow 2 to 10). Illumination did not distinctly affect hypha growth, but obviously promoted the spore bearing.
