(毕业论文 字数:9215页数:22)摘要:设计题目为华南某市航空发动机组试车间噪声控制。发动机组在运行噪声主要为机械性噪声和涡汽流噪声,属中高频噪声。发动机组总A计权声压级为:121.5 dB(A),要求降噪治理后,操作室声压级 ≤65 dB(A)。噪声控制措施:操作室墙面满铺30 mm厚铝穿孔吸声板,100 mm安装后空腔;天花满铺30 mm厚铝穿孔吸声板,200 mm安装后空腔门为隔声门。试车间墙面满铺25 mm厚不锈钢穿孔吸声板,50 mm安装后空腔;采用声闸双重隔声门,尺寸分别为2.4×1.64 m、2.149×1.04 m;双层3×8 mm厚防弹玻璃隔声窗,50 mm空腔;进风口选用阻性消声器,尺寸为5×3×2 m,消声片为150 mm厚不锈钢护面。治理后,操作室总声压级由121.5 dB(A)降至58.25 dB(A)。

Noise Control Design of the Aero Motor Shafts Test Workshop in the South China Abstract:Design subect is the noise control design of the aero motor shafts test workshop in the South China . The noises of engine group are mainly mechanical noises and vortex air flow noises when operating, belonging to the low and high frequency noises. The total weighted sound pressure level of engine group is 121.5 dB(A). And it requires that sound pressure level is ≤65 dB(A) in operating room after noise control. The measures of noise control: the wall of operating room is completely paved with 30mm thickness aluminum perforated acoustic panel, 100mm cavity; the ceiling is completely paved with 30mm thickness aluminum perforated acoustic panel, and 200mm cavity door is used as the sound insulation door. And the wall of test workshop is completely paved with 25mm thickness stainless steel perforated acoustic panel, 50mm cavity; using the sound lock double sound insulation door, the sizes are 2.4×1.64 m、2.149×1.04 m respectively; Double layer 3×8 mm thickness bulletproof glass sound insulation window, 50mm cavity; air inlet uses dissipative muffler, the size is 5×3×2 m, sound splitter is 150 mm thickness stainless steel protective facing. After noise control, the total sound pressure level of operating room is reduced from 121.5 dB(A)to 58.25 dB(A).

1 前言 1.1 噪声污染现状 噪声是指人们不需要的声音。当声音超过人们生活和社会活动所允许的程度时就成为噪声污染。 噪声的危害是多方面的,如损伤听力、影响睡眠、诱发疾病、干扰语言交谈,影响和降低工作效率,长时间的噪声使免疫系统功能紊乱,使人容易生病。因此国家制定了相应的规范,必须有效的防治和进行综合治理。 1.2 设计任务 本设计是对实际工程的跟踪设计,实际工程是2007年9月开始到11月施工结束。本人亲临现场收集到大量实际参数后,查阅有关资料并进行设计撰写。 复原本实际工程的设计部分是本次设计的任务。 华南地区某市新建的航空发动机组试车车间位于远离居民区的山凹,工程设计时不需要考虑试车间运行时对周围居民的影响。噪声控制的主体是1号试车台的试车间。试车间主墙和次墙上各设的一扇门,主墙上开了一个观察窗,侧墙开了进排气预留洞(排气消声器非本设计内容)。与试车间共墙相邻的是操作室。企业要求航空发动机组运行时,治理后操作室内的噪声A声压级不大于 65 dB(A),国标要求A声压级不大于 70 dB(A)。 本车间内航空发动机组,在运转时产生的噪声源主要为机械性噪声和涡汽流噪声,噪声控制以中高频噪声为主。 |
