（页数：22 字数：10276 毕业论文）摘要：经过十几年快速发展，中国股票市场已具有相当规模，购买股票已经成为人们投资方式之一。然而，股票交易不仅仅是资金、知识的投入，同时，还受心理因素的影响，笔者对影响交易的常见心理因素进行调查、分析发现：一方面，人们受到个性倾向性、气质、性格等的影响，在股票交易的态度、习惯、方式、方法等方面有较显著的风格差异；另一方面，股票交易者在年龄、性别、经济实力、风险承受能力、投资习惯、资金成本、分析能力、信息量、耐心也有很大的差异，本课题就是帮助股票交易者认识自己在交易中存在的心理偏差现象，以便更好的了解自己在交易过程中存在的问题,努力克服这些心理因素所带的消极影响,让交易者获得较好的收益.

Abstract ：With more than 10 years’ rapid development, Chinese stock market has had considerable size. The purchase of stocks has become one of the investments. However, the transaction is not only capital but also knowledge inputs. It is affected by psychological factors. The author investigates the common psychological factors of transaction and finds that: on the one hand, people are influenced by personal tendency, temperament, character, and so on. It is different from the attitude of transaction, habit, manners, and ways and methods; On the other hand, it has notable differences on investors’ age, sex, economic power, risk, investment, analysis, information and patience. This issue is to help investors realize their own psychological phenomenon of investment in order to understand existing problems in the transaction, and get through these psychological factors brought negative impact. Investors can get a better profit.

众所周知，人们的心理对股票交易具有举足轻重的影响，华尔街有句古老的格言,股票市场有两种力量推动:贪婪与恐惧，连炒股的老太太都知道，做股票要克服贪婪和恐惧心理，然而影响人们做出股票交易的绝不是贪婪与恐惧这么简单，还有若干心理因素影响人们的股票交易，了解这些心理因素，并且通过分析投资者的心理，来分析股票投资市场、进而寻找大众投资心理带来投资机会，是广大股票投资爱好者取得良好收益的重要条件之一。
