本文开发了一套功能强大、作简便、性能稳定的人事档案管理系统软件。本软件可以最大限度的满足人事档案管理工作的实际需要，解决人事档案管理工作的各种困难，减轻人事档案管理人员的工作负担，有效的提高工作效率和工作质量。
本系统的开发主要有后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发。建立的数据具有一定的一致性和完整性，应用程序则要求具有易使用且应用功能完备等特点。
本文选择POWERSOFT公司的PowerBuilder 9.0 为本系统的开发工具，它支持面向对象的编程，内置了包括数据窗口在内的多种对象类，可以方便地访问数据库，具有效率高、成本低、质量高、功能强等特点，非常适合本系统的开发。
根据目前企事业单位对人事档案管理工作的实际需要,本文将通过对人事档案管理的研究开发出一个优秀的人事档案管理系统软件，将主要完成对人员的招聘，人员的档案管理，奖惩记录和人文关怀几个功能，以用于企业公司完成人事档案管理工作。

This text developped a set of function strong, the operation is simple, the function stable personnel file management system software.This software can with utmost satisfy the effective demand that the personnel file manages the work, solve various difficulty of the personnel file management work, lighten the personnel file manager's work burden, valid exaltation work efficiency and work quantity.
