(论文 字数:9028 页数:27)摘 要:数字电感表广泛运用于与电子信息工程专业相关的行业。本课题主要采用单片机AT89C2051设计一个实用的数字电感测试仪,电感量的测量范围为0.1mH~20H,采用两位半数字显示,最大显示值为199,读数单位统一用毫亨(mH),量程分四挡,读数分别乘以相应的倍率。具有测量方法简单,读数方便的特点。本数字电感测试仪以电感加上电压后电流增加的规律作为测量依据,因为电感加上电压后电流增加的速度与电感量相关,所以通过测量电流达到某一预定值所用的时间就能测量出电感的电感量。测量时选择高精度电阻R电容C并适当调节R,C的数值可在保证测量精度的条件下得到较宽的电感测量范围。利用标准元件测量结果表明。其测量精度在1%以内。 Abstract :The digital secohmmeter has been widely made of the profession in connection with electronic information engineering.This topic mainly adopts monolithic integrated circuit AT89C2051 to design a practical digital inductance reflectoscope reflector, the scope of inductance quantity survey is 0.1mH ~ 20H, uses two half digital demonstration, the biggest demonstration number is 199, the Reading unit unifies with mH, the measuring range divides four keep bracket, the reading respectively rides by the corresponding percentage.It characterized by the simple measuring method and reading convenience. This digital inductance reflectoscope reflector is based on the rule that the voltage the electric current will increase after the inductance added, because the speed of the voltage the electric currents’ increases is related with the inductance quantity after the inductance added, therefore we can survey the inductance the inductance by the inductance quantity the survey electric current achieved some predetermined number how much time it takes.In surveying we choose high accuracy resistance R electric capacity C and suitably adjusts R, the C value may obtain the wider inductance survey scope under the guarantee measuring accuracy conditions. The result indicates its measuring accuracy within 1% using the standard part measurement. 目 录 |
