(页数:12字数:8251)摘要： ISL5341是完整植入14位（14b）直接数字合成器的48针引脚LQFP封装的具有多种用途的新型集成芯片。一个48位的数字控制振荡器和一个14位的高速DAC（数模转换器）被单独集成在一个DDS（直接数字合成器）上。利用ISL5341能够快速简单的构建一套具有多参数可调的DDS系统。通过对控制字，对寄存器的操作可以方便的对输入输出进行控制。该型芯片引脚齐全，如比较器，DAC, 串行接口等等。可以方便的进行频率变换进行FSK,PSK,本机振荡器，方波源等电路。
Abstract：
ISL5341 is the integrity plants 14b (14b) the direct digital synthesis 48 pins LQFP seal to have the multiple functions the new integrated chip. A 48b numerical controls oscillator and 14b high speed DAC is alone integrated in DDS (direct digital synthesizer) on. Can be fast simply using ISL5341 constructs a set to have the DDS system which the multi-parameters may move. Through to the control word, may facilitate to the register operation carries on the control to the input output. This chip pin is complete, like comparator, DAC, serial interface and so on. May facilitate carries on the frequency transformation to carry on FSK, PSK, Quadrature Local oscillator, Squarewave Clock Source and so on.
