摘 要
不间断电源(Uninterruptible Power Supply)是一种能提供优质电源并保证电源供应连续的电力电子装置。它的应用范围广泛,在很多领域,它们在市电正常或故障情况下均为负载提供可靠、干净的电源。在各种UPS中,在线UPS具有最好的性能,为负载提供了最多电源故障保护。然而传统的在线UPS有多个功率部分和模拟控制器,是一个非常复杂、昂贵的系统,因此,UPS已经成了标准配置。采用数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor)实现UPS的数字化控制是当前许多UPS设计者关注的问题。
本文介绍了一种基于DSP TMS320F2407控制芯片的全数字化中大功率在线式(l0KVA) UPS电源。利用DSP芯片的高运算能力以及专门用于控制领域的丰富的外设,将在线式UPS的PWM专用控制芯片及其外围电路还有数字控制所需的微处理器功能都集成到一块芯片中,这样大大的增加了电路的集成度,减少了成本。整个UPS的控制以全数字化方法实现,包括SPWM波形的产生、输出频率和相位的跟踪以及PID控制算法等。
本课题是在参阅了国内外大量资料和UPS最新发展技术的基础上进行的国内中大功率全数字式UPS开发和研制的一次有益的尝试和探索,从各个功能实现的局部电路到整个系统对本系统的工作原理做了较详细的分析,整个系统经试验调试,各项性能指标和功能均达到了预期的目标和要求。

Abstract
Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) is a power electronic device which provides high quality and uninterruptible electronic power. It is used so widely that it be in many fields. They can provide reliable and pure power supply for loads neither power good or not. Among the various UPS topologies, on-line UPS provides the most protection to such loads against any utility power supply. However, the old on-line UPS includes many power parts and analogy controllers, it has been one of the most complex and expensive type of system. Therefore,It has become standard device, How to realize digital control of UPS with such as computers, communication system, medical system.
This paper described the middle/high-power (l0kVA) on-line UPS, which was basedon DSP TMS320F2407 control chip, which is a kind of DSPS of TI company. For DSP controller's high CPU bandwidth and peripherals specifically chosen for control application,we integrate PWM controllers、associated circuits and microprocessor chip for digital control into one DSP controller, which can lower system cost and increase integration. The whole UPS is controlled by full digital method including the generation of SPWM wave, the tracking output of frequency&phase, and the PID control arithmetic etc.
The research is an instructive attempt and exploration of the middle/high- power fulldigital on-line UPS development, based on references to a lot of information and the latest technology on UPS. The system has achieved the anticipative targets and requirement through testing and debugging.
