本设计源于鸡西市腾飞立交桥改扩建工程实例,首先分析了交通流,对该桥初步拟定了截面尺寸,并从造价分析、美观程度、施工难易程度等方面做了较为详细的方案必选,最后选定连续箱梁为设计方案。 之后,在熟悉SAP90有限元软件的基础上,建立合适的空间有限元模型,计算由于恒载、活载等引起的结构内力和变形;并且分析了曲线梁桥在恒载和活载作用下的受力性能,然后进行荷载组合,并根据荷载组合结果,对全桥进行配筋计算,验算梁的截面强度、裂缝、挠度。最后对桥面板等构件进行验算,满足应力及强度要求。 设计按照全面贯彻“经济、适用、美观、安全”的方针,以满足基本功能要求和使用要求的前提。 关键词 立交桥 曲线梁桥 方案 有限元 内力计算 This design comes from the design of viaduct which changing and extending project in engineering in Jixi City. First I analyzed the traffic flow, chosen the section size and analyzed the structure considering the cost、aesthetic feeling of view、the difficult level of construction, then decided the comparatively detailed scheme. At last I chosed selection continuous box beam scheme as the design project finally. Then , based upon the familiarity of SAP90 software and plane chord system program, I established spatial element models. Use the model to calculate the structural internal forces and deformation caused by permanent load, live load and so on. Analyzed the curve beam bridge under static load and living load. Then, I assembled the structural internal forces, and used the result of it to check the strength, deformation, stabilization in place of the main beam, and complete the calculation of reinforcement about the beam. At last, check deck construction, hanger and so on, they all meet the need of stress and strength. We should design it according to the rule of “ the economy, suitable , aesthetic and safe”. I make my design fulfilled with the demand of basic function and useful function.
