摘要
电子商务是现代企业管理中重要一环，也是企业全球化竞争重要战略，现代企业开始益重视电子商务对企业管理的作用。随着电子商务时代的到来和发展，在市场竞争趋激烈的今天，如何把电子商务与现代企业管理融会贯通,相辅相成，是当今企业,学者需要认真研究的课题。
本文首先叙述了电子商务下的企业管理的发展状况，指出了电子商务对企业经营环境的影响，对企业管理的影响,指出了电子商务的优势和企业实施电子商务的重要意义。 接着文章的第二节阐述了电子商务对采购管理的影响，介绍了EDI的含义、特点和阐明企业通过网络技术进行采购的意义。第三节阐述了电子商务对生产管理的影响，介绍了先进的信息技术在企业生产当中的应用及分析了信息技术对于企业减少库存、定制化生产的现实意义。第四节说明了电子商务对营销管理的影响，描述了电子商务在新环境下如何细分市场、如何采用先进的营销手段和方法、满足消费需求。第五节阐述了电子商务对财务管理的影响，对企业财务出现的问题进行了总结，并提出了问题解决的对策。第六节说明了电子商务对人力资源管理的影响，对电子化人力资源管理进行了叙述及实施电子化人力资源管理的重要性。最后对本文进行了综合总结及对尚未解决的问题进行说明。

Third section elaborated the electronic commerce to the productionmanagement influence, introduced middle the advanced informationtechnology produced in the enterprise the application and analyzes theinformation technology to reduce the stock regarding the enterprise,to have custom-made the production practical significance. Fourth section showed the electronic commerce to the marketingmanagement influence, how did describe the electronic commerce tosubdivide the market under the new environment, how to use theadvanced marketing method and the method, meets the expense need.
