摘    要

为了能更好的适应即将参加的工作，学校要求我们通过这次毕业设计全面复习大学所学的各门功课，对高层建筑的建筑设计、结构设计及施工能做一定的了解，学会熟练查阅各种资料、熟练使用规范，全面提高我们的自身能力。

该论文设计的是XXX市某15层框架-剪力墙高层宾馆。整个内容大致分为两个部分：建筑部分和结构部分。建筑部分根据规范要求和设计任务书的要求，对宾馆的平面结构进行了合理的设计。结构部分，结合建筑设计并考虑哈尔滨市的实际情况，分别对宾馆结构在横向风荷载作用和竖向作用力作用下的情况进行了计算，并进行组合、配筋。基础采用了现在最常用的桩基础形式，因为他有利于抵抗结构主体的不均匀沉降和倾覆。除此之外，还绘制了建筑和结构施工图10张。

ABSTRACT

In order to adapt to the future work better and sooner, we do this graduation project aimed at making a comprehensive review on what we have learned in the past four years and knowing more about the high-rise construction architectural design, the construction design and its construction work and so on. Besides the training like how to consulting the relative books and materials, and skillfully using the Standard handbooks, etc. which comprehensively enhance our own ability.

This paper is a design about the high-rise hotel, about 15 floors, being built in Harbin its structure is the frame - shearing force wall. The entire work is divided into two parts approximately: the architecture part and the construction part. At the beginning, I carried on the reasonable design of the hotel planar structure based on the request in the standard booklet and the design project description.During the construction designing, considering the architectural design with  the actual situation in Harbin, I separately carried on the computation when the structure under the horizontal wind-load and the vertical force, then carried on the data combining work and disposing the steel bar. After that I chose the pile foundation form which is the most commonly used form at present, as it is advantageous in resisting a structure’s main body Subsiding and tilting. In addition, I have drawn up 10 blueprints in both of the architecture and the construction part.

建筑平面设计

根据毕业设计任务书的要求，该旅馆建筑规模为700床位，其中附设卫生间的双床标准间应占50%，其余可设计成3、4床位普通客房。可考虑个别套间客房，建筑层数为15层。每层设计25个客房，再加上楼梯、电梯、卫生间、浴室、服务客房等，最终楼层平面设计成长65.2米，宽15.7米。二层以上的标准层每层拥有16个双床标准间，3个3人间，2个4人间，2个套间，2个服务客房。男女卫生间、洗浴共占5个房间的面积，楼梯、电梯共占4个房间的面积。

设计要求当中要求的公共部分面积比较大，因此 ，一层不设客房，除门厅外，还把餐厅、会议室、理发室、商店、医务室等都安放在一层，这样一来，面积就不够了。于是就考虑设了一个群房，一层平面图就成了L形。
