摘要 本文介绍了以8031单片机为核心的蛋白质水解控制器的工作原理和设计方法。文中介绍了该控制器的硬件部分,包括:温度检测电路、温度控制电路和一些接口电路(如:EPROM扩展接口、并行I/O接口、A/D转换接口等)。此外,文中还着重介绍了软件设计部分,在这里采用模块化结构,主要模块有:TO中断服务程序、分段控制程序、给定值计算程序、采样程序、数字滤波程序以及PID计算程序等。本设计也可用于其它的温度控制系统。 Abstract: This paper introduces the principle and the designing methods of proteolysis controller, and the main is 8031 single - chip computer. At first, the paper gives the hardware parts on this system. These circuits include: temperature monitor, temperature controller and a few meets, which include EPROM expand, I/O parallel interface and A/D conversion etc. In addition, the main of this paper is the software parts. And the modular programming is used in the paper. The main modules include: To interrupt service routine, segmentation routine, predetermine value routine, sampling routine, digital filtering routine and PID calculating routine etc. This design is used for the others of temperature controller in common.
