WDH2000型瓦楞纸板横切机控制系统开发(硬件部分) 摘 要 论文以机电传动控制理论和计算机技术在控制领域的应用为基础,介绍了国内瓦楞纸板包装和纸板生产线的现况。通过对瓦楞纸板横切机及其控制系统的综述,联系系统实际的应用背景,提出了WHD2000型瓦楞纸板横切机控制系统的研制方案。 该系统采用工控机作为主控计算机负责用户界面及定单任务管理。用单片机接收主控计算机发来的加工任务和调试指令、控制变频器完成加工任务,检查工料和各个按钮的状态并执行相应的处理。实时测量主切刀位置、纸板长度、纸板进给速度,检测变频器参数、实现故障报警等功能。为避免直流电机的复杂调速和提高性价比,系统采用了交流变频调速。以单片机和变频器的选用为主要环节,研制出了控制系统的逻辑电路图。为达到有效的控制,在系统研制过程中,首先建立了控制对象的数学模型,并通过实验验证了数学模型的正确性。本文按照切纸的长度L与刀辊的周长P之间的关系分三种情况实现控制算法,并实践检验了该算法的可行性。通过对算法的进一步改进,提高了切纸精度,实现了好的剪切速度跟随。 该系统已经经过调试和运行,达到厂方提出的设计要求,系统的硬件搭建为整个生产线的智能控制打下了基础。 关键词:瓦楞纸板; 横切机; 飞剪 ABSTRACT The development of the control system of crosscut machine of corrugated cardboard, from the development of electric power electronic technology and technology of computer of the control theory in controlling the application of the field ,based on the present current situation, has recommended controlling field development to study the general situation in the electrical machinery both at home and abroad.
