摘 要
随着我国人民生活水平的不断提升,汽车作为代步工具正越来越广泛的走进千家万户。对应于庞大的汽车保有量,汽车修理行业也迎来了巨大的市场需求。因此,汽修行业急需各种效率高、针对性强的汽修设备和工具。 当今四柱式汽车举升机是汽修厂常见的汽车维修设备。本课题设计的二次举升小车是一种配合四柱式汽车举升机使用的二次汽车举升设备。便于轮胎拆卸、底盘检修、车轮角度测量和车轮定位。本二次举升小车,采用剪式举升结构,液压举升,最大举升质量2500公斤,举升高度超过240毫米。结构紧凑、外形美观,是一种高效率的汽修设备。 本课题设计的测角仪,适用于对汽车前轮扭转角度的测量。由定盘和转盘两部分组成,转盘上有精确的角度刻度,定盘上有刻度指针。随着汽车前轮的扭转,能够十分直观的读出其扭转角度。结构简单,使用方便。 本文依照中华人民共和国交通行业标准(JT/T 155-2004 汽车举升机)和(JT/T 504-2004 前轮定位仪)两个标准,并且结合了对国内外相关设备的借鉴,设计了本二次举升小车和测角仪。给出了精确的零件结构设计图纸和工艺要求,能够方便的投入到生产。 关键词: 举升机,二次举升,测角仪,车轮定位
Design of the second hoist device of automobile lift and angle dekko
ABSTRACT
With the development of standard of living, vehicles are widely entered in many families. So there are huge requirements of vehicle repairing. The safety, strength & versatile vehicle repairing devices will have a big market. Recently, the four-post hoist is widely used in garages. This second hoist device can good match with the four-post hoist, it is used to take down tires, repairing the motorcar chassis, angle measure and wheel alignment. The max lifting capacity of this second hoist device is 2.5T, its max lifting height over 240mm, adopt the scissors hoist design, so it has a beautiful figuration and compact construction. The angle dekko is used to measure the torsion angle of front wheel. It is consisted of the fixed plate and another circle plate that can be twisted, there are angle scales on the torsional plate and needle on the fixed plate, and so it is easy to read the torsion angle of front wheel. The design of the second hoist device of automobile lift and angle dekko are according with the two standards of China, (JT/T 155-2004 automobile lift) and (JT/T 504-2004 front wheel alignment). In order to design above devices, I consulted some reference of similar devices domestic and overseas, so these devices, which I designed, absorbed many merits from similar devices. I provided the drawings of these things, and it is easy to manufacture these second hoist device of automobile lift and angle dekko.
