摘  要
本设计为某肉类联合加工厂制冷工艺的设计,该肉联厂以牛肉、猪肉为冷藏加工对象。其中牛肉冷库冷藏容量为200吨,而猪肉冷库冷藏容量为

100吨。为提高食品质量以及延长肉类贮存时间,牛肉和猪肉均须经过排酸间冷却排酸。本设计为简化系统节约投资,根据各冷间的性质,将系

统划分为一个-38℃的低温系统以及一个-10℃的高温系统,选用两台双级活塞式压缩机以及一台单级活塞式压缩机。

Abstract
This design unites the processing factory refrigeration craft for some meats the design, this meat products factory take

beef, pork as refrigeration processing object. Beef cold storage refrigerates the capacity is 200 tons, but the pork cold

storage refrigerates the capacity is 100 tons. In order to improve food quality as well as lengthens the meats storage time,

the beef and the pork must pass through between the flushing to cool the flushing. This design saves the investment for the

simplification system, according to each Leng between nature, the system division is a -38 ℃ low temperature system as well

as a -10 ℃ high temperature system, selects two two-stages reciprocal compressor as well as a single stage reciprocal

compressor.
