摘要
二十一世纪是一个发展的世纪,我国的各行各业正以惊人的速度向世界看齐,特别是机械制造业正以一个前所未有的速
度在向前发展。在面向装配设计过程中,为提高设计效率,减少重复劳动,缩短产品开发周期,建立三维标准件库是必
不可少的一个重要环节。在基于Pro/Engineer为平台的三维参数化机械产品的设计中,标准件、常用件,它们在结构、
尺寸方面都已标准化或部分重要参数已标准化、系列化了,为了避免设计人员花费大量时间来进行这些重复性的工作,
提高设计效率和产品的开发速度,降低产品的开发成本,并实现组件快速、准确的装配,按我国的有关设计标准,通过
利用Pro/Engineer中的族表等二次开发工具来建立标准件、常用件的三维参数化图库尤为重要和必要。

ABSTRACT
21st century is a century for develop, the every industry of our country chasing international standard
with the amazing speed, especially the machinery manufacturing is developing forward with an
unprecedented speed. In the design process-oriented assembly, to improve design efficiency, reduce the
repetition labor, shorten product development cycle, establishment of 3D common and standard part
library is a very important link. Pro/Engineer as a platform based on the parameters of 3D mechanical
design products, standard disc, commonly used pieces of their structure, size or some important
parameters have been standardized, mass production, to avoid designers spend a lot of time to these
repetitive work, improve design efficiency and speed of the product development, lower the development
cost of the product, and carry out the module fast, accurate assemble, according to the relevant design
standard of our country, establishment of 3D common and standard part library by second development
tools in Pro/Engineer such as family table is very important and necessary.
