The task of the design is sculpting a philip shaver and develop a mold on part “battery case” containd in the shaver. future on plastic mold in our country , the basic structure on injection mold and the technological process on the molding of injection mold. Secondly, a shaver which is assembled after every part having been established is sculpted by using software Pro/Engineer2001. Lastly, we develop a mold with four cavities on part “battery case”.The work include designing the female mold and the male mold 、the molding systerm 、the cooling systerm 、the detrusion machine 、the replacement machine and the selection of the die sets as well as the Selection and the checkage of the injection machine. Besides,the paper also discuss the limitation of the product and the measure of wiping off the limitation.
