设计总说明
本设计是关于小油壶盖注射模具的计算机辅助制造设计,分为注射模具的设计和

模具加工制造,前者是对模腔,型芯,脱模机构,后者用PRO/E 3D实体,分模后,再

用PRO/E制作生成型腔加工的NC文件。
本设计制品为小油壶盖,采用材料为低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)。LDPE无毒、无味、

表面无光泽的乳白色圆柱形颗粒。具有良好的延伸性、电绝缘性、密度低、透明

性好等优点,在室温下可以抵抗多种溶剂,容易应力开裂。主要用于农膜(棚膜

、地膜)、重包装膜、收缩膜、透明膜、绝缘料及电缆护套的生产,还可用于注

塑、挤压、发泡等加工领域。制品采用LDPE主要考虑到他具有强的化学惰性,不

易被腐蚀,还具有较高的弹性。
模具由螺纹型芯、动模、定模、顶杆、推板所组成,经过注塑机注塑成型。
在脱芯时,根据产品的形状要求,产品属于罩壳形,且由于制品本身的螺纹较浅

且材料具有较高的弹性,所以不用设制抽芯机构。正好适合采用推板脱模机构,

而且此机构有顶出力均匀平稳,且大;制品不容易变形,表面不留痕迹;结构简

单,不要设置复位装置,依靠合模时定模分型面的推力实现复位;分型面如装配

图所示,采用四根顶杆顶出推出板,使制品脱模。
开模时,推板随动模部分向开模方向移动当达到开模行程时就停止。
当动模开模行程到达130mm,顶板移动带动顶杆,顶杆推动推板将制品从动模板

上脱落,完成开模过程。
合模时,推板复位带动顶杆和顶板复位。
开合模的过程中,总的开模行程为130mm。
模具的总高为295mm。
开模行程130mm<350mm最大开模行程
在此注塑机上可以完成制品的制作。

INTRODUCTION
This text is a concerning the calculator assistance  manufacturing

design that the small oil can cover injects the molding tool, is

divided in to inject the molding tool of design and molding tool

process the manufacturing, the former is to the mould cavity , a mould

 core  , take off the mould organization, the latter use the PRO/ E 3

D entity, the mould of cent after, then manufacture the document of NC

that a core process with the PRO/ E.
This design products to cover for the small oil can, the adoption

material gathers the ethylene( LDPE) for the low density.The LDPE is

not poisonous, tasteless, pallid ivory cylinder form grain of

surface.Have the good extension, electricity insulates sex, density

low, the transparent good etc. advantage, can resist various melting

agents under the indoor temperature, easy should the dint craze

.Mainly used for the agriculture film( film of cote, a film), heavy

wrap, constringency film, transparent film and insulate to anticipate

and the electric cable protect the production of the set, can also

used for noting the Injection Mould and squeeze, delivering to steep

etc. to process the realm.Product to adopt the LDPE main in

consideration of he has the strong chemistry sloth, was not easily

decay, still having the higher flexibility.
The molding tool is from a core of mould, move the mould, settle the

mould, a pole and push the plank constitute, pass by to inject the

machine to inject to model.
While take off the core of mould, according to the shape request of

the product, the product belongs to cover the hull form, and is more

shallow because of the thread that product oneself and the material

have the higher flexibility, so need not establish to make to take out

the organization of the core of mould .The at the right moment in

keeping with adoption pushes the plank to take off the mould

organization, and this organization contain crest lift a hand to even

and steady, and big;Product not easy transform, the surface does not

stay the trace;The structure is simple, do not establish to reset the

device, settling the mould while depending on to match the mould cent

the type face of push the dint realization to reset;Divide the type

face such as assemble the diagram to show, adopt an of four poles to

release the plank, make product take off the mould.
While opening the mould, push the plank with move the mould part to

open the mould direction to move to be to attain to open the mould

route of travel hour stop.
When move the mould to open the mould route of travel to arrive the

130 mms, a plank moves to arouse a pole, a pole push the plank and

will product from move the template to shed off up, complete to open

the mould process.
While matching the mould, push the plank to reset to arouse a pole and

a planks to reset.
Open in the process of match the mould, open the mould route of travel

as 130 mms totally.
Molding tool of total and high is a 295 mms.
Open the mould route of travel 130 mms< the 350 mms is biggest to open

the mould route of travel.
Here inject on board can complete the ware of creation.
