中文摘要
本设计课题是沐浴露瓶盖注塑模具的辅助设计与制造，分为注塑模具的设计和开合模动画以及装配动画三部分。首先用Pro/e进行沐浴露瓶盖的三维造型，然后根据沐浴露瓶盖的结构特点设计了模具的型心、脱模及整体结构。此模具的结构较为复杂，动模和固定模都采用了镶拼结构，并设计了新颖的活动型芯机构进行二次顶出。
关键词：沐浴露，注塑模，型腔。

ABSTRACT
The CAD/CAM technology is used in this subject for the plastic injection mold of bottle lid of shower juice,which includes the design of plastic injection mold and open the mould and shut the mould cartoon and assemble cartoon three part.Firstly,Pro/e is used to design the three-dimensional modal of the bottle lid of shower juice, the core of the mould is designed , the drawing of patterns and whole organization according to the characteristic of the bottle lid of shower juice . The structure of this mould is comparatively complicated，the move mould and regular mould have adopted the structure of going all out to defeat of inlaying, and the movable core organization novel in design goes on two each and gets off.
