目前,全髋关节置换治疗股骨颈骨折、股骨头缺血性坏死，可彻底解决骨不愈合，提高生活质量，以及避免长期卧床引起的褥疮、肺炎及泌尿系感染等并发症。近年来，全髋关节置换治疗全髋疾患，日益普及。本文试就我们农村县级基层医院全髋关节置换术18例谈点治疗体会.
