研究灭滴灵复合剂治疗乳磨牙急性根尖脓肿的疗效。方法 选择284颗乳磨牙急性根尖脓肿，随机分药物组（Flagyl复合剂，241颗牙），对照组（Z O E 糊剂，241颗牙），两组均常规根管预备后行根管充填，1年、2年、3年复查对疗效进行评价。结果 药物组治疗后临床症状消失，治疗有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.01）。结论Faramycin复合剂治疗乳磨牙急性根尖脓肿无毒副作用，经长期临床观察是治疗乳磨牙急性根尖脓肿较理想的材料。
