肿瘤发病死亡资料的收集是一项基础的工作，也是我国肿瘤防治工作的一个薄弱环节。肿瘤资料的收集工作主要以登记的形式进行。主要为肿瘤登记工作的内容和方法，肿瘤的分类和编码，质量控制及登记资料的应用等。登记报告资料的及时、准确和完整是十分重要的，今后应实现网络化管理，提高资料质量，推进我国肿瘤登记工作迅速发展。为今后管理部门制定预防措施提供科学依据。
Collecting tumour data that record the disease and death is a fundamental work. It is also a weak point of tumour preventive work in China. Collecting the data of tumour is mainly carried on in the form of registration. The main content and method of the collecting work are assorting and coding the types of tumour, controlling the quality of the data, using the collecting data.In future, this collecting work should realize the management of Internet in order to improve the quality of the data, and to advance the rapid development of tumour registration works in China. Its aim is to provide scientific proof for the directorial department to make preventive measures.
