摘要：皮质类固醇激素制剂广泛用于皮肤科的治疗，尤其是皮炎湿疹的治疗。由于皮质类固醇激素品种多，外用的副作用较多，继发感染是常见的不良反应。细菌、真菌或病毒感染影响皮炎湿疹的治疗，细菌与皮炎湿疹的免疫学关系密切，因此在使用皮质类固醇制剂外用的同时，联用抗生素药物可减少感染病原的作用，降低皮质类固醇的不良反应，提高疗效。然而，对皮质类固醇与抗生素的配伍组成复方制剂，应注意科学的选择和使用，方能发挥最好的疗效。外用皮质类固醇具有很强的局部抗炎、抗过敏、抗水肿作用，皮质类固醇制剂是皮肤科最常用的药物之一。外用皮质类固醇的皮肤科适应症有许多，如湿疹、各类皮炎、银屑病和血管炎等。众所周知，不正确外用皮质类固醇将发生明显的不良反应，如局部细菌、真菌、病毒感染，皮肤萎缩变薄，毛细血管扩张，多毛，色素异常等等。根据我们近年的研究，在外用皮质类固醇治疗皮炎湿疹中，可以明显增加细菌的感染率，影响治疗。细菌的存在，尤其是金黄色葡萄球菌(金葡菌)与皮炎湿疹的关系密切[1]。
