首先，说明公式简图法是在技术培训和维修实践中快速分析自动变速器行星齿轮系统的有效方法。其次，在介绍了行星齿轮机构运动学公式和分析用简图的基础上对丰田A540E自动变速器进行了示范性的快速分析。最后，阐明了行星齿轮系统的原理分析在整个自动变速器故障诊断中的基础性作用。
This paper made an introduction on the method of performing instant analysis on automatic transmission planetary gear system, integrated kinetics formula analysis and sketch analysis(FAASA). The FAASA has been proved effective in training and repair practice. A demonstration has been made on TOYOTA A540E to show the details of the method. The basic role of planetary gear system analysis on automatic transmission malfunction diagnoses was indicated at the end of the paper.
