My purpose in this report is to learn and apply in future the studies of Groups, and Team work by taking detailed look at the concept of group development process along five stages. Firstly, I offer a definition of group development and its five stages. Secondly, upon analyzing the successful group development process, it can be separated into five effective stages. Finally I will answer the question what stages of group development were evident in both Perth and Miri on the case study Middleton.
