摘 要：通过研究建立了项目风险管理系统模型，并应用于某项目风险管理，从工程风险计量的角度，对工程风险进行分类分析，结合合同管理提出相应的风险防范对策。 该模型对项目风险管理具有一定的指导意义和实用价值。
1 我国项目风险管理研究现状
风险管理是项目管理不可缺少的一部分，是近20年才发展起来的一门综合性边缘科学, 是处理由不确定性产生的各种问题的一整套方法。风险管理主要涉及技术风险、设备质量风险、可靠性工程问题、采矿、设备维护与更新、自动仪表可靠性分析、金融和经济决策等领域，而应用到项目管理是近十几年才兴起的。迄今为止，我国的一些研究成果大多是针对某一具体风险的研究，如“三峡工程投资风险分析及其理论与方法研究”、“投资项目中汇率风险分析的理论与方法研究”等，而缺乏对项目风险的系统研究。而作为项目管理者，要想成功地管理项目，就必须成功地管理项目风险，即应研究项目发展的各个阶段可能出现的各种风险，并要有侧重点地管理好风险，分清轻重缓急，研究出防范风险的措施，把风险损失降到最低程度，从而使项目得以顺利实施，使其发挥最大的投资效益......
