摘要 采用添加源项的方法,考虑旋转与曲率的影响对标准k-ε湍流模型进行修正,在压强连接的隐式修正法(SIMPLE-C)建立的压力速度校正方程基础上,用交替方向隐式法(ADI)求解线性方程组,求解了无过载离心泵叶轮内三维不可压湍流场,揭示了该种泵的进口回流和出口二次流等流动特征。研究结果将对无过载离心泵的基于流场计算的优化设计有指导意义。

Abstract By using the k-ε turbulent model modified to consider the curvature and rotation, applying SIMPLE-C algorithm to make pressure-velocity correction equation, utilizing Alternative Direction Implicit method to solve linear equations, the 3-D incompressible turbulent flow in the impellers of non-overloaded centrifugal pumps is computed. It shows that there exists back flow in the inlet and secondary flow in the outlet, etc., which will be supportive to the optimal design of non-overload centrifugal pumps on the basis of flow field calculation.
