摘要：本设计取至襄阳农行宿舍楼工程，六层砖混结构。工程量的计算量分十一项：土石方工程，脚手架及垂直运输工程，砌筑工程，混凝土及钢筋混凝土工程，构件运输及安装工程，屋面及防水工程，门窗工程，楼地面工程，墙柱面装饰工程天棚装饰工程，油漆涂料裱糊工程，其他工程。各项工程量套用《湖北省统一基价表》相应的定额。

Abstract: This design is taken from one six-floors building of Agriculture Bank of XiangYang . Six layers is the structure of the mixing brick. The calculation of project quantity divides into 11 parts: cubic meter of earth and stone project, scaffold and perpendicular transport project, build by laying bricks or stone project, concrete and armored concrete project, material transport and install project, roofing and waterproof project, wall and cylinder decorate project, ceiling decorate project, painting and pigment project. Every project quantity applies to the corresponding quota of 《Unifying The Form of Basic Price in Hubei Province》.
