摘 要
本课题对食品盒自动包装流水线压盒装置进行了设计。在了解研究背景与现状后确定了设计方案，包括模具，压料装置，填料装置，喷胶装置，合盖装置，顶出装置，成盒箱等主要零部件。设计中采用了四工位环形布局，每个工位顺序完成流水线生产任务，通过气动元件与模具、控制模块的协调动作，实现包装盒一次成型、装料、密封、包装、出料的成套功能。为了各工位的工作能顺利完成，将模具固定在流水线上，置于流水线外部的各个机构通过气缸动作顺序完成工作。该压盒装置结构简单，解放了人手，不仅可保证加工质量，提高产品成品率，而且还将大幅度提高生产效率，从而提高经济效益。

The Design of Pressing Box Device for Automatic Packaging Line of Food Boxes
Abstract
This article describes the pressing box device for Automatic packaging line food boxes.After finding out the background and current situation,I decide the Solution..Including mold, Pressing device, Packing unit, Spray equipment , Lid device, Eject device, and so on. Design ring with a four-station layout, each station in order to complete assembly line production tasks, through the pneumatic components and tooling, the coordination of movement control module, a shape of packaging boxes, loading, sealing, packaging, a complete set of functional materials . The work of the station to a successful completion, will be fixed on the assembly line mold, placed outside the line agencies in order to complete its work by the cylinder movement. Simple structure of the press box,liberating the staff, not only can ensure the machining quality, increase product yield, but will also greatly improve production efficiency and economies of scale.
