摘要：企业薪酬管理是企业人力资源管理的核心内容。合理有效的薪酬体系不但能有效激发员工的积极性与主动性,促进员工努力实现组织目标,提高组织的效益,而且能在人才竞争日益激烈的知识经济下吸引和保留住一支素质良好且有竞争力的员工队伍。我国国有企业在薪酬管理方面存在着明显的不足,一定程度上制约了国有企业的发展,本文以湖南龙骧巴士为例，从各方面详细阐述了该企业薪酬管理中存在的问题,并针对问题提出了相应的对策,为国有企业有效调动员工的积极性,创造更和谐的人事环境与更大的企业价值指明了方向。

Abstract: Enterprise salary management is the core content of human resource management. Reasonable and effective salary system can not only effectively stimulate enthusiasm and initiative of employees, promote employees to work hard to achieve organizational goals, to improve the effectiveness of organizations, but also can be in the increasingly fierce competition in the knowledge economy, attract and retain a good quality and competitive workforce. China's state-owned enterprises pay management also has many shortcomings, to some extent, restricts the development of state-owned enterprises. This paper takes Hunan LongXiang Bus as an example, from various aspects to elaborated the enterprise salary management problems, and put forward the corresponding countermeasure, for state-owned enterprises to effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, create a harmonious human environment and greater business value find the direction.
